Here are the Round 4 results.
As we’ve now reached the midway point it’s time to arrange the location of the final shoot off, sometime in October.
This could take place at any club in Swefta that has the room to host Benchrest not just one of the three competing in the Championship, I understand East Devon, Pheonix and Ashcombe were all starting to build BR ranges.
Last year we had some confusion over the rules and who’s entitled to shoot in the final therefore its important all three clubs download the rules from SWEFTA website and if unsure about anything raise any questions before the final, I don’t want to be in the position of having to exclude and disqualify competitors again.
To qualify for the final, you must have shot at least 5 of the 7 rounds.
Depending on the location of the final the exact number from each club will be decided by the host club.
SWEFTA BR rules to be applied except for the following:
Rifle. One class sub 12 ft/lb. Springer or PCP
Scope. No limit on magnification.
Timings. 20 min per card, 3 cards shot on the day.
Malcolm Elliott, SWEFTA BR secretary.
