Well, what a difference dry conditions make, for starters we could actually see the courses. I don’t know if any changes had been made since SWEFTA last visit to Purbeck, but the courses were both deceptive and challenging, and as the wind slowly increased throughout the day, they didn’t get any easier.
Good to see some new faces and returnee’s, and lots of club shuffling taking place over the winter break which means the club championships could be very interesting this year.
Well done to all at the Purbeck club, we had a great days shooting, some excellent food and of course cake… or in my case loaf, Tea Loaf, mmmmmmmm.
