SWEFTA Summer League Round 6 – Purbeck

Well despite what the weather forecast predicted, we had an excellent and dry day at Purbeck. The forecast did get one thing right though, the wind was troublesome all day.

The Purbeck crew had done an excellent job on both courses, they were familiar and yet different, with a few twists and turns to tax us all, especially on the HFT course.

Many thanks to the members who provided the food and drink all day…. and the CAKE, it was all well appreciated, I had the lemon drizzle at lunch time and when I went back for a post shoot coffee ALL of the cake was gone!

Massive thanks to Purbeck for a really enjoyable day and well done to Lee Hemmings for getting 100% with an outstanding FT score of 36 x 40.
